Although your line rental is billed by us, lines continue to be maintained by Openreach, the network division of BT, so you'll benefit from exactly the same technical skill & service support.
Call recording is also available as a value added services at little or no extra cost. Call recording is a network-based application which can be activated on any line, which is the prefect solution for managing staff spread over multiple locations, and is ideal for home workers. As this is a network-based service, no installation of hardware or software is required, with recorded calls either delivered by email or FTP, or accessed through the Number Manager web portal.
