Connected World launch their Call Recording Service to UK businesses. After substantial trials and testing, Connected World have finally unveiled their secure network based Call Recording service. This fully hosted service allows business customers to record calls from their business over their existing telephone lines without the need to buy or lease any expensive hardware or equipment. Businesses can transfer their outbound & inbound call traffic to Connected World to take advantage of this great new Call Recording service. All calls are stored securely within the telephone network and can be retrieved via Connected Worlds Number Manager Portal as well as emailed to the customers inbox. Calls can be stored securely for up to 7 years.
